Vinification

• Pinot Blanc: 3 months aging in used barriques

• Riesling: aging in stainless steel tanks

• Then combined to form a harmonious cuvée

• Alcohol: 12.5% vol

• Residual sugar: 5.5 g/l

• Acidity: 7.3 g/l

• Allergens: contains sulfites
