Payment terms

The prices listed in the respective offers, as well as the shipping costs, are total prices. They include all price components, including all applicable taxes.

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. They will be shown separately during the ordering process and must be paid by you in addition to the purchase price, unless free shipping has been offered.

The payment methods available to you are shown under a correspondingly labeled button on our website or in the respective offer.

Unless otherwise stated for the individual payment methods, payment claims arising from the concluded contract are due immediately.

Delivery terms

The delivery terms, the delivery date and any existing delivery restrictions can be found under a correspondingly labeled button on our website or in the respective offer.

If you are a consumer, the law stipulates that the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods during shipment only passes to you upon delivery, regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured. This does not apply if you have independently commissioned a transport company not designated by the seller or another person responsible for carrying out the shipment.

If you are an entrepreneur, delivery and shipment are at your own risk.

Standard shipping is via UPS in a wine shipping carton for packages of 3, 6, 12, and 18 bottles (a reasonable combination of package sizes), without the standard cardboard box. Delivery in standard 6- or 12-bottle wine cartons lying flat is only possible upon request via freight carrier, as freight shipping costs differ.
