Right of withdrawal for consumers

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

The cancellation period begins in the case of a consumer goods purchase,

a)

which does not fall under the following letters b to d, once the consumer or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier, has received the goods,

b)

where the consumer has ordered several goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately, once the consumer or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier, has received the last item,

c)

where the goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, once the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, has received the last partial shipment or the last piece,

d)

which is aimed at the regular delivery of goods over a defined period of time, once the consumer or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier, has received the first goods.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,

- Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,

- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery,

- Contracts for the supply of goods if, after delivery, these goods have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature,

- Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence,
