A light, slightly tart white wine with playful fruit and an invigorating interplay of sweetness and acidity. Apple, ripe lime, and delicate stone fruit are evident on the nose. On the palate, the wine presents itself with yellow fruit, elegant freshness, and a wonderfully easy-drinking finish—summer in a glass.

Vinification

• Direct pressing of the grapes with short maceration time

• Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks

• Fermentation stop at the desired residual sugar content for perfect balance
