An exceptional white wine with depth, exoticism, and structure. Ripe stone fruits, passion fruit, and subtle hints of green tea emerge on the nose. On the palate, it reveals light tannins, delicate vanilla notes, and impressive balance. The aromas of a white wine meet the structure of a red wine—round, powerful, and exciting.

Vinification

• Ripe, golden yellow grapes as a basis

• Mash fermentation in used barrique barrels

• Fermentation and 2-month aging in French oak

• Minimal intervention – maximum independence

• Acidity: 6.7 g/l
