An expressive white wine with depth and refinement. Ripe stone fruits, exotic notes, and delicate baked aromas emerge on the nose. On the palate, it presents itself with exotic fruit sweetness, delicate tannins, and a finely balanced oak finish – a powerful yet elegant wine with character.

Vinification

• Ripe, golden yellow grapes as a basis

• 24 hours maceration, then gently pressed

• Fermentation and 6-month aging in finest French oak

• Barrel selection: Only the best barrel was filled as a reserve

• Extremely limited bottling – the rest went into the cuvée

• Alcohol: 13.0% vol

• Residual sugar: 0.1 g/l

• Acidity: 5.8 g/l

• Allergens: contains sulfites
